Fun Run Info

What are the Fun Run Routes?

We will have two options for off-road routes, Nogal Peak Trail from Bonito Lake & Hale Lake routes.

The Bonito/Nogal Peak Trail route you are able to access without having to trailer your side by side as long as it's street legal and has the proper Off-Road permit.

More info can be found here:

https://www.wildlife.state.nm.us/ohv/registration-permits/

SIDE BY SIDES - You CANNOT loop around from Nogal Canyon on HWY 37 back into town.

The Hale Lake route will require hauling your rig if you are driving a side by side as you are not allowed to drive side by sides on Hwy 70! This will also mean the trail is in and out, meaning you cannot loop around on Hwy 70!

There will also be a couple of 100% on payment routes as well, for those who want to just enjoy the area and stop into some fun places along the way!
